- Exclusive private use of our pavilion and picnic area.
- A standard rental is a six hour time slot. Extended time may purchased.
- Bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Use of our freezer, refrigerator and prep counter with sink.
- 8 banquet tables available for your food servicing needs.
- A venue manager to oversee your event.
- Our picnic pavilion holds 200 people seated and 300 standing.
- Tables and chairs setup for up to 200 guests
- Arrangements can be made for up to 1,500 people with tenting.
- Ample free parking for up to 300 guest vehicles.

- Inside / outside PA system with microphones for announcements
- A small stage
